1. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

If there is a delay due to high order volume or stock issues, you will be notified by email where possible.
2. Shipping locations

SoukCharm ships from: 640 W Ash Ave, Eunice, Louisiana 70535, United States.

Domestic shipping is available within the United States.

International shipping is available to selected countries and regions using supported carriers.
3. Domestic shipping (United States)
SoukCharm offers the following domestic shipping options at checkout:

Economy (0–5 lb): 5–8 business days, flat rate $4.90

Economy (5–70 lb): 5–8 business days, flat rate $19.90

Standard (0–1 lb): 3–4 business days, flat rate $6.90

Standard (1–5 lb): 3–4 business days, flat rate $9.90

Free Shipping: 11–13 business days, free of charge
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and refer to business days only. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond SoukCharm’s control.

International shipping is available to selected countries and regions using discounted carrier rates displayed at checkout, including but not limited to:

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, service, and order weight. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, family members, or building management, then contact the carrier. After that, you may contact SoukCharm for further assistance.
6. Incorrect address and undeliverable packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to SoukCharm due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up from customs or a pickup point, reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.

If reshipment is not desired, a refund for the product (excluding original shipping costs, if paid) may be issued once the package is received back and inspected, subject to SoukCharm’s Return & Refund Policy.
7. Lost or damaged packages

If a package is lost in transit (no delivery scan after a reasonable time), SoukCharm will work with the carrier to investigate and may, at its discretion, provide a replacement or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact SoukCharm as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.

Claims for damaged or missing items should be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
8. Split shipments
In some cases, items in your order may be shipped in separate packages due to availability, size, or warehouse location. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
9. Shipping restrictions

Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to carrier rules, local regulations, or customs restrictions.
