At SoukCharm, payments must be completed and successfully authorized before an order is processed and shipped.

8. Order cancellation due to payment issues
SoukCharm reserves the right to cancel any order if payment authorization fails, a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, billing information is inaccurate, or the payment provider does not approve the transaction. If a payment was captured before cancellation, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued according to SoukCharm’s Return & Refund Policy and are sent back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
