These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how billing, payment authorization, and related charges are handled when you place an order with SoukCharm.

1. Agreement to billing terms

By placing an order through SoukCharm, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information and to be bound by these Billing Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment required at checkout

Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless another payment arrangement is clearly stated on the checkout page or invoice. Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorized or received.

3. Accepted payment methods

SoukCharm accepts the payment methods made available at checkout through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, and checkout eligibility.

4. Billing accuracy

You agree to provide accurate billing details, including your full name, billing address, email address, and valid payment information, so SoukCharm can complete your order and contact you if needed. If billing information is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified, SoukCharm reserves the right to delay, reject, or cancel the order.

5. Pricing, taxes, and additional charges

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other clearly disclosed fees will be calculated and shown before you complete your order.

If your card issuer or payment provider applies currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, or similar banking fees, those charges are outside SoukCharm’s control and are your responsibility.

6. Payment authorization and fraud checks

SoukCharm may perform payment authorization, verification, and fraud-prevention checks before accepting or processing an order. If a transaction is flagged for review or cannot be verified, SoukCharm may request additional information or cancel the order for security reasons.

7. Failed or declined payments

If your payment is declined, reversed, not authorized, or otherwise fails, your order may be suspended, canceled, or left unprocessed until a valid payment method is provided. SoukCharm is not responsible for overdraft charges, bank penalties, card issuer fees, or any other third-party charges resulting from failed or declined transactions.

8. Quantity limits and order review

SoukCharm reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order, and to reject or cancel orders that appear inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or intended for resale when not authorized. If an order is canceled after payment authorization or capture, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Refunds and billing corrections

Refunds are handled according to SoukCharm’s Return & Refund Policy and, when approved, are issued to the original payment method used for the order. If a billing error occurs, SoukCharm may correct the charge, cancel the affected order, or issue a partial or full refund as appropriate.

10. Changes to billing terms

SoukCharm reserves the right to update these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on the website. Your continued use of the site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
