Return policy
At SoukCharm, customer satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item should be in its original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.

Items that are damaged or not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by SoukCharm may be partially refunded or rejected.
Currently, SoukCharm does not designate any products as “final sale,” so most items are eligible for return unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page.
2. How to start a return
To initiate a return:

Wait for return approval and instructions.

Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and any additional instructions needed to complete the process.
Please do not send items back without first contacting customer support, as this may delay processing.
3. Return shipping
SoukCharm offers free return shipping for eligible returns within the allowed 30‑day return window.
After your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to send the item back. Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, SoukCharm will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but it can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If a refund is only partially approved (for example, for items not returned in their original condition), the amount will be adjusted accordingly and you will be informed before the refund is issued.
SoukCharm does not charge any restocking fees.
5. Exchanges
SoukCharm does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or product, please:

Place a new order for the item you want.
This process helps ensure faster and more accurate handling of replacements.
6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if possible.
SoukCharm will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, a refund, or another suitable solution at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or missing refunds
If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it after the stated processing time:

Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
