Inventory Policy

At SoukCharm, product availability is managed carefully to help ensure that customers can purchase items that are currently in stock and ready to be fulfilled.

1. Stock availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep inventory information accurate and up to date on our store. Product availability may change without notice, and items may sell out before your order is fully processed.

2. Out-of-stock items

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, SoukCharm does not accept orders for items that are out of stock. When inventory for a product or variant reaches zero, that item may show as unavailable and may not be added to cart or purchased.

3. Inventory tracking

SoukCharm may track inventory by product variant, including differences such as size, color, style, or other options, to help maintain more accurate stock levels. Availability shown for one variant does not guarantee availability for another variant of the same product.

4. Inventory errors

In rare cases, an item may appear available for purchase even though it is out of stock due to inventory sync delays, system issues, or simultaneous orders. If this happens, SoukCharm reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Order limitations

SoukCharm reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders where stock is unavailable, inventory information is incorrect, or the order appears to be placed for resale or misuse.

6. Restocks

From time to time, out-of-stock items may be restocked, but SoukCharm does not guarantee that any specific product will be available again. If restocks are offered for certain items, updated availability will be shown on the product page when inventory is replenished.
