Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@SoukCharm.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@SoukCharm.shop. Include photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
At this time, we do not have specific final sale items. All eligible products can be returned within the 30-day return window.
