2. Returns & Refunds

SoukCharm accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products should be in their original condition and, where possible, in original packaging.
Q: Do you offer free return shipping?
Yes. For eligible returns within the 30‑day window, SoukCharm provides a prepaid return shipping label at no extra cost.
Q: How do I start a return?
Email Contact@SoukCharm.shop with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions and, if approved, a prepaid return label.
Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. SoukCharm does not charge any restocking fees.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

Q: An item shows as sold out—will it be restocked?
Some items may be restocked, but restocks are not guaranteed. If an item returns, its availability will be updated on the product page.
Q: Can I order an item that is out of stock?
Generally, SoukCharm does not accept orders for items that are out of stock unless clearly stated as a pre-order on the product page.
